Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used consumables (e.g., thermal POS rolls, barcode labels).
  • Software products and digital downloads.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Provide a brief description of the issue along with clear images of the product (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For other returns (e.g., customer changed their mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund as per the following:
