We currently ship across India, covering all major cities and towns. If your location is remote or not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will inform you before processing your order.

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days (for most locations in India)
- Express Delivery: 2-4 business days (available for select pin codes with additional charges)
- Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery: Available in select cities at an extra cost.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Orders above ₹500 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Standard Shipping: Charges vary based on the weight and location.
- Express Shipping: Additional charges apply for faster delivery.
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and displayed before finalizing the purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking ID and link via email/SMS so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.
6. Undeliverable or Delayed Shipments
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability, we will contact you for reshipment (additional charges may apply).
- In case of delays beyond our control, we will notify you promptly.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
